Twin DocsVideo to world model to Blender to Omniverse

Provenance and honesty

A twin is only useful if you can tell what is measured from what is made up. Every part of this one is labeled.

Representative, not a replica. The twin is a representative food bank inspired by the Central Texas Food Bank, built from a publicly available news tour by 25 News KXXV. Neither organisation was involved in this work or has endorsed it. Cost figures are directional: public list prices and one individual AWS account; enterprise discounts and quotas may differ.

Racking aisle, sorting room, client market (geometry)Captured, partial20 frames of the public news tour; world-model depth fused locally. The same three are also trained locally from 49 to 72 frames each.
Community kitchen interior (geometry)Captured, partialTrained locally from 65 frames of the same video; no world-model capture.
Absolute scaleEstimatedThe world model's metric depth; not checked against a survey.
Building shell, receiving, freezer, cooler, order staging, kitchen annex footprintDesignedFootprints chosen for this project.
Modeled facility (racking, cold rooms, sorting lines, market, kitchen equipment, forklifts)DesignedBuilt in Blender by one script from the designed footprints, fit-out inspired by the video. A compact 26 × 20 m building plus an 11.5 × 11 m annex, much smaller than the facility whose volumes drive the operations model.
Annual volume, agencies, floor area, pallet positions, cold storage, docks, kitchen equipment, meals per dayPublishedThe Central Texas Food Bank's public figures for its Austin facility.
Source and channel shares, product mix, capacities, recipes, step timesEstimatedSet for this project and flagged est: true in the master data.
Temperatures, door events, forklifts, daily flows, inventorySimulatedComputed from the clock; every payload carries simulated: true.
CostsEstimated and measuredMeasured where stated (credits used, AWS bill); otherwise public list prices from one individual account, directional.

What the world model did and did not do

The world model supplied camera poses and metric depth for three zones. The areas the video never showed were not generated by the world model: they are designed footprints modeled in Blender. The generated-views stage (atlasGenerate) failed for this account and is not part of the published twin.
